Old-school funk beat. The hi-hat's driving with 16th notes and these syncopated barks mixed in. The Snare weaves around the two and four pocket. The bass drum's nailing the one with a couple of quick 16th notes.
I think it'd pair nicely with some wah-wah guitar chops or a groovy bass line. The beat sort of unfolds as it goes - nothing too wild, just enough to keep you interested. There's a section where it hops over to the ride for a bit for a bit of a break.
